Our Team

Hi, I'm Rachael Davenport the owner and brain child behind Core Therapies.

I am qualified in many different treatment modalities but I specialise in Structural Rebalancing a form of structural realignment treatment that works gently with the bodies soft tissue and muscle to re balance and relieve the pain of trapped nerves and muscular tension instead of using forced manipulation techniques.

My biggest goal is to help as many people as possible feel good both physically and emotionally. As I only have one pair of hands I have put together this fantastic team of therapists who under one roof all specialise in their own area of well being to ensure that we can help as many people as possible as soon as possible knowing that we have a treatment for everybody.

Just as not every treatment suits every client, not every therapist does either and we always do our best to make sure that you have an incredible experience by matching you with the therapist that we feel best meets your needs. I say we because we also have the lovely Shauna, she is the lynch pin of Core Therapies, running reception, answering your calls and responding to emails.

I also have the fabulous Shauna Watkins, our amazing receptionist who works 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Wednesday and 10:00am to 4:30pm on Saturdays. If you call us or contact us via email or messenger on any of these days then it is Shauna that you will be speaking to. She is extremely experienced in understanding most conditions and is able to give you advice around which treatment would suit you best and which therapist would be most appropriate for you.
