Cancellations

We all know that life gets in the way sometimes and that as much as we may want to keep appointments we have made sometimes it is just not possible. Our cancellation policy for all treatments requires 48 hours notice or more, any treatments cancelled within the 48 hour period prior to the appointment time will be charged at 50% of the treatment value. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the treatment. This is to ensure that where last-minute cancellations or no-shows occur each therapist can still be paid for their time, thank you for your understanding. 

Please note, new appointments may not be made until the cancellation fee has been paid.
